•  NLE Badge is for passenger buses and trucking companies. The NLE Badge enables subscribers to earn rebates of 10% to 15% when they use the NLEX Open System. Motorists and vehicle owners can avail of several badges subscribed under one account. They can also request for a detailed monitoring report that shows each of their vehicle's use of the tollways.

Also available at the customer service centers are copies of the New North Luzon Expressway Motorist's Handbook , a handy guide explaining traffic rules and regulations on the expressway, its road signs and signals, how to handle emergencies, general tips for driving on the NLEX, and maps of the expressway's exits and their adjoining roads.

These products are available at the NLEX's five customer service centers located at the Balintawak, Valenzuela, Bocaue, Tabang, and San Fernando interchanges.
