Apart from standard safety amenities, well-trained traffic management teams equipped with cameras, radios and speed radars are constantly on patrol.
There are also emergency bays and 100 call boxes that connect to the Traffic Control Room. The Control Room operates round-the-clock to provide customer assistance at any given time through traffic patrol teams, first aid vehicles and tow trucks.
Ambulance services are provided by AeroMed which also operates non-stop to deliver first aid assistance, emergency life-line support and pre-hospital care to injured travelers. AeroMed has extraction and air transport management capabilities for accident victims, plus links with medical specialists.
