Vehicles using the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) - Mindanao Avenue Link, including those plying Mindanao Avenue in Quezon City, are assured of an additional safety measure with the installation of a new traffic light system at the intersection of NLEX and Mindanao Avenue. The traffic light will more effectively regulate the flow of vehicles at the junction. The Manila North Tollways Corporation (MNTC), concessionaire of the NLEX, provided the traffic lights as part of the company’s safety commitment.”
