Manila North Tollways Corporation's (MNTC) management team led by Rodrigo E. Franco, president and CEO, regularly inspects ongoing construction of the North Luzon Expressway's (NLEX) Segment 8.1 to ensure that the project is completed on schedule. Segment 8.1 will link Mindanao Avenue in Quezon City to the NLEX main in Valenzuela City. It is expected to be completed in April this year. Nemesio G.
