Smoother traffic flow can now be expected at the vicinity of the North Luzon Expressway's (NLEX) San Fernando Interchange, thanks to a collaboration between the Manila North Tollways Corp. (MNTC) and the city government of San Fernando, Pampanga. Under the tie-up, the San Fernando Interchange was reclassified as a traffic management zone (TMZ) for which a detailed traffic management scheme will be implemented by MNTC's operator, the Tollways Management Corp.
